Return

  • We accept exchanges within 14 working days (Malaysia) for all orders that are wrongly sent or have manufacturing defects.
  • Scenarios of the Customers’ change of mind are not valid for return.
  • Returns can only made one time per order number.
  • Our Customer Service team will assist in the progress of the return.
  • We aim to process exchanges within 5 working days from the day we receive the items from customer.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase, without which will not be entertained.
  • All returns are strictly transacted at HQ only. We do not accept returns/ exchanges of online purchases at any of our retail outlets.
  • All returns must be in original condition with the original packing and original tags attached. We will not entertain an exchange if this requirement is not met.

  • Incomplete or invalid information shall not be entertained.
  • Return Shipping costs borne by Tocco Toscano Malaysia.
  • Tocco Toscano Malaysia will send a brand new exact item to buyer once the defective item is received.
  • The management reserves the right to reject any returns/ exchanges in its own direction.

Refund

  • Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less.
  • Refunds are only valid due to orders that are wrongly sent or have manufacturing defects.
  • Scenarios of customers’ change of mind are not valid for a refund.
  • Our Customer Service Team will assist in the progress of the refund.
  • Once the return has been approved, it takes 5 days for the refund to be made by Tocco Toscano Malaysia online store to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.
